Who am I?
I've been a computer, turtle neck wearing, nerd with an artistic soul since an early age.
My curiosity for design, drawing and building things was first triggered when I was 10 years old, by a wood carving summer school at the heart of the Carpathian Mountains.
Growing up, I found my way to Ciprian Porumbescu Arts College, where I explored my fascination with drawing, sculpture and began my journey into Architecture.

About my journey to design

Later, the Welsh School of Architecture in Cardiff beckoned, guiding me further along this creative path.
During university years, I focused on expanding my knowledge of a diverse range of physical and digital design methods, craftsmanship skills, robotic fabrication and computer programming.
The years passed by and I became an Architect, which came with opportunities to work in different countries, designing spaces for hospitality, culture, health & leisure, homes, and digital products.
It was this work that exposed me to something important and that was the rigidity within the architecture profession. The industry relies on long-established processes, strict regulations, and a reluctance to disrupt traditional practices. Innovation moves slowly, and pushing for change often meets resistance.

It was because of this I shifted to the tech industry which thrives on agility, iteration, and user feedback. This flexibility, along with the faster pace of innovation, drew me towards product design, where I can focus on what I truly care about, creating amazing experiences for people. This led me to studying UX Design at UX Design Institute.
Most recently, I worked at Buyapowa, focusing on UX, accessibility, and design systems for B2B2C SaaS products. Before that, at Bliss Airways and Hexagon, I improved booking flows, information architecture, and web experiences.
I’m here to turn creativity into purposeful experiences, with a strong interest in accessibility, human-centred AI, and front-end development. I also speak at UX events, run workshops (like UXCamp Europe in '23 and '25) and take part in hackathons to keep learning and sharing ideas.
