The vision of Beckley Court was to provide a          22-storey landmark building at the heart of Plymouth.

 

The form of the tower within the design has a layered splay approach whilst its corner protrudes out of the ground with recesses on either side, which enhances its presence and becomes a celebration of its height and grandeur.

 

The scheme includes over 500 high quality en-suite bedrooms for students at Plymouth University alongside commercial and recreational spaces at ground level that enhance the character of the buiding within the city.
