Audited Figma libraries and live product to expose weak points. Identified outdated layouts, inconsistent buttons, broken spacing and overall poor accessibility. Mapped findings into a structured plan for a new, unified system.
SOLUTION :
Rebuilt the design system from scratch using Figma’s Auto Layout, variables, and instances. Defined clear foundations for colour, typography, and spacing, then created core and extended components with lightweight documentation for easy adoption. Introduced a formal handover process to ensure finalised designs were delivered to development with consistency and accuracy.
